Common questions

Can't see yours? Call us on 0404 030 362 and we'll talk you through it.

When do I need a pool safety certificate?

In Queensland you need a current pool safety certificate when you sell or lease a property with a regulated pool. It applies to houses, units and shared pools in complexes.

What happens if my pool doesn't pass?

We'll tell you exactly what needs fixing and back it up with photos in your report. Our package includes up to two re-inspections within 90 days, so there's no extra cost to come back once it's sorted.

What do you check during an inspection?

The whole pool barrier: fence height and gaps, the gate's self-closing and self-latching action, latch height, and anything nearby a child could use to climb over.

Can you fix small problems on the day?

Yes. We offer efficient minor rectifications, which often means your pool can pass sooner. Prices depend on the job, so ask us when you book.

Do you inspect shared pools?

We do. Shared pools in unit complexes and body corporates are inspected annually, and the complete package is $199.
